Mrs. Levitt’s first graders had a wonderful time during Storytime with Mrs. Severs! The students enjoyed listening to 2 special interactive read-alouds: Mr. Fox's Game of “No!” and Simon and the Better Bone. It was such a fun opportunity to connect with our principal and celebrate the joy of reading together!

Mr. Griffith played a number building activity with the children today in Mrs. Santos' Class during community Circle. The class loved the interactive team-building activity.

In honor of Veterans Day, we recognize the courage, service, and sacrifice of our nation’s heroes. Thank you to all that shared recognition sheets for a main lobby display.
First graders at Reynolds School have been working hard learning the notes of the musical scale! This week, they practiced playing different note patterns on xylophones. The students have done a wonderful job showing off their skills through independent practice and small group performances.

Yesterday on election day, Mrs. Santos’s first graders voted on their favorite pets. The ballots were tallied and a winner was announced.

Kindergarteners have been having so much fun in Ms. Alberta's Performing Arts class while learning about the steady beat! They have been practicing keeping the beat to songs with different tempos, using both their bodies and instruments. Today, Ms. Bunting’s class had a chance to play a steady beat on the giant drum!
