Congratulations to Mrs. Rockwell on her retirement! We celebrated her today as a Reynolds Community during Rocket Day!

Students in Mrs. Levitt's class put their creativity and divergent thinking skills to use for our recent Enrichment Challenge. It's not a box...it's a cheetah, a monster robot, a skyscraper, and a wedding cake.

We had a wonderful Field Day today at Reynolds School. The weather was ideal and our Rockets had a blast!

Today, we had the pleasure of continuing a cherished tradition of our Memorial Day Sing with Reynolds and Bogert Schools. Students from both schools came together to honor the meaning of Memorial Day. Our student speakers shared about the significance of the day, and each grade level performed a patriotic song for our combined school community.

Celebrating with matching shirts in Second Grade.

Thank you USR-PTO for generously funding Author Day with David Ezra Stein!

A heartfelt thank you to the USR PTO for the wonderful new playground equipment! Our students are absolutely thrilled with the new playhouse on the Preschool Playground and the four-person seesaw on the main playground. We are so grateful for your continued support and generosity!

Miss Titunick's class had a great trip to the USR Police Station today!

To wrap up Green Week, each class received a special gift today: new books about recycling for classroom libraries. These books were purchased with funds received through the Bergen County Utilities Authority Environmental Awareness Challenge Grant. The books arrived wrapped in recycled paper which was decorated by Mrs. Serkanic's class!

Students made beautiful works of art in the STEM lab this week out of recycled cardboard consumer packaging.

We learned all about "The Magic of Recycling'" earlier this week at our Rocket Day. Thank you to the USREF for helping to bring environmental educator Bill Kerwood to Reynolds for this awesome program!

Our Green Team helped to clean up our community by picking up the trash around our school!

Thank you to the Upper Saddle River Garden Club and BelFiore Greenhouses for the special delivery of herbs for each student to take home and enjoy!

Today, our Rockets met up with their buddy classes to enjoy an obstacle course made entirely out of recycled materials! What a blast!

Green Week is here and we are planting cilantro seeds! Thank you to the Upper Saddle River Garden Club and all of our parent volunteers for partnering with us for this special activity.
