Remote Support for Chromebooks
If the technician can not resolve the issue via chat or telephone support, the computer technician will have the end-user initiate a remote support session on the Chromebook.
Remote Support for OS X and Windows Operating Systems
Please enter the Session ID provided by the USR Technology department to begin a remote session.
