    Welcome to Kindergarten Registration for the 2025 - 2026 school year.

    You may begin the process by completing the forms in Step One.

    Kindergarten Key Dates

    Kindergarten Registration Instructions:

    Registration for the Upper Saddle River School District is available for residents with children five years of age and older on or before October 1, 2025.  Proof of residency is required, including a property deed or lease.  Also, the child's birth certificate or passport must be provided before the child can be enrolled.  The Upper Saddle River Board of Education Policy 5111 contains detailed information on registration requirements.

    5111- ELIGIBILITY OF RESIDENT/NONRESIDENT STUDENTS

    Please complete the following steps to start the registration process.  The process may take approximately one hour. Registration can not be saved and returned to at a later time.   

    Step One: Open, complete and save the Registration Forms first.  You will need to upload these forms and the Additional Documents during the Online Registration.

    Registration forms:

    Health History Form
    Kindergarten Physical Form
    Parent In-Put Form
    Pre-school Experience
    Residency Affirmation
    Residency Packet

    Additional documents:

    *The child's birth certificate or passport

    *Proof of immunization

    *Four proofs of residency. 

    ONE PROOF MUST BE A PROPERTY DEED OR LEASE
    Utility bill
    Certificate of Occupancy (if you are purchasing a home in the district)
    Two additional proofs of residency

    Step Two: Online Registration 

    1. Once your documents are completed and ready for upload, follow the link below to the Genesis Open Registration Page.

      • Choose the School Year 2025 - 2026
      • Choose Reynolds School
      • Choose Kindergarten

    2. Enter the demographic and contact information, upload the required registration documents and complete the Home Language Survey.

    3. You will receive additional information regarding Kindergarten 2025 over the next few months.
