Employee Assitance Program

All Upper Saddle River School employees and their dependents are eligible to participate in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Good Samaritan Hospital. This free, confidential service offers assistance on a wide variety of situations, including job related difficulties, personal or family problems, marital difficulties, alcohol or substance abuse, stress management, mental health issues, referrals for financial matters, and other concerns.

Each employee and family member is entitled to four (4) confidential sessions with Good Samaritan's EAP staff. If further services are needed, an employee/family member is referred to appropriate resources for additional assistance.
