Registration/Payment
After Care Experience (ACE) registration must be completed online, along with payment via check made out to Upper Saddle River Board of Education. Registration will occur in June for the entire 2025-2026 school year. You must enroll your child via the google form located on our district website, and also linked here.
Registration for the 2025-2026 school year will open at 9:00am on Monday, June 2, 2025 and close at 2:00 pm on Thursday, June 26, 2025. Upon completion of the registration form, an invoice and directions for payment will be sent to your email from ACE within 5 business days. Payments will only be accepted via check. Payment is due no later than Friday, July 25, 2025.
Tuition may be paid in full or in two equal installments. The first installment must be paid by July 25, 2025, and the second installment must be paid on or before January 9, 2026. We do not accept partial payments and we do not prorate for any reason, including, but not limited to, absences or emergency closings.
*Note: Our program has capacity limits. The ACE program reserves the right to close sign-ups after the registration deadline and/or once capacity has been reached (whichever comes first). Registration is not guaranteed unless you received an invoice from ACE and payment is received. If your registration is received after we reach capacity, you will be notified via email.
