Parent Corner

Marking Period 3
Concludes on Monday March 31st .
As we close this marking period we look to embrace new goals for the Marking Period 4 - Reflection and Time to Grow & Succeed as a Student
Mindset and Effort: How has your child approached challenges? Have they shown resilience when faced with difficult challenges? Help them understand the value of effort and persistence.
Study Habit: Think about the study strategies that worked well, and identify areas where a change could make a difference. Is it time for a more structured routine?
Extracurricular involvement: How has your child engaged with activities outside of academics? These experiences contribute to personal growth, building skills like time management, teamwork and leadership.
Growth Mindset: Encourage your child to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth. Help them set goals not only for grades but also for improving skills they’re passionate about.
Building Healthy Routines: Work with your child on establishing habits that help them manage school and life, such as sleep, eating well, and staying active.
Explore New Interests: this is a great time to explore new hobbies and interests. Whether it’s joining a club, learning something new is a subject area, or participating in school project, new experiences can help keep them engaged and excited.
We look forward to partnering with you to help your child set a path toward success, both academically and personally. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to your child’s counselor.
