The Upper Saddle River Schools pride themselves on valuing diversity and promoting an anti-hate environment. This includes an intolerance for racial slurs or any hurtful language motivated by race, religion, or ethnicity. Any incidents of bullying, intimidation, or harassment should be reported to the appropriate Anti-Bullying Specialist using the form below.The information you enter on the form below will be used to complete a digital 338 Form. A 338 LEA Form will be used if you specify you are a staff member. A 338 Family Form will be used for all other reporters. Refer to HIB 338 Family Form and HIB 338 LEA Form for more information.PLEASE NOTE: This form is being submitted to an electronic queue for investigation. There is no guarantee that it will be read immediately.
