A positive parent/teacher relationship is key to a successful school year. Our classroom news will be updated monthly. Please do not hesitate to phone, e-mail, or send a note regarding any questions or concerns.
voicemail: 201-961-6300 x2102
e-mail: email@example.com (include your child's name in the subject)
Please empty your child's folder every day. Notes, and notices will all be sent home in this folder. Any notes for me should be sent to school in the folder as well (remind your child to put notes for the teacher in my basket). This routine helps to build a strong home/school connection.
On the occasions when it will be necessary for your child to bring money to school, please send it in a labeled envelope. Be sure to include your child's name and the purpose for the money.
Please call the attendance office if your child will be absent. If your child will be absent due to a family vacation, please send a note. Your child's work will be set aside to be completed upon his/her return to school.
If your child arrives late, please have him/her stop at the greeter's desk for a late pass.
**If there will be a change in your child's normal transportation, please send a note! Dismissal changes should not be made via e-mail or voicemail on the same day of the change- please call the main office and leave a message.
If your child will be picked up, please encourage him/her to wait for me to acknowledge who he/she is leaving with. To ensure each child's safety, children will not be allowed to run to parents, or caregivers, at dismissal.
