Common Sense Media is used throughout the district to teach students about proper digital citizenship.
In addition to providing full lesson plans and scope & sequences for staff, the Common Sense Media website also provides parents with a wealth of information such as Family Guides, Parent Concerns, Videos, and more. Our teachers utilize this information and modify it to fit our student needs in each specific grade. Additionally, our teachers incorporate material that they have curated to meet the demands of our district.
The district will be hosting our first ever Parent Digital Citizenship Informational event on Thursday, November 15th. We will be providing more information during the school curriculum nights. We look forward to the event and hope that you can attend!
