About Me

This is my eighth year teaching (and my sixth year teaching fifth grade!) but my first year teaching at Bogert Elementary.  I am overjoyed to return to the district that fostered my love for learning; I grew up in Upper Saddle River and attended USR schools as a student.  I graduated from Felician College in 2015, earning my credentials to teach elementary education (K-6) and special education and have also passed the content specialization exam for middle school science.  I believe learning should be hands-on, challenging, and full of discoveries with the teacher working to guide and inspire.

Outside of teaching, I enjoy spending time with my son, daughter, and husband (who is also a teacher!) as well as cooking, reading, and running.
