FIELD DIRECTIONS

ALLENDALE - BROOKSIDE SCHOOL - Brookside Avenue - 327-2021

WSRR to end, turn right on to E. Allendale Ave. Follow E. Allendale under Route 17, through the light at Franklin Turnpike, through town of Allendale until the T - at Crescent Ave. take left. Follow to next light and make left into Brookside School - soccer field is behind the school.

BERGENFIELD H.S. - 80 S. Prospect Avenue - 385-8600

Take Route 17 South to Route 4 East and follow to Teaneck Road -- Take the second exit. Go to Teaneck Road North (this becomes Washington Ave.) Follow into Bergenfield to Clinton Ave. (Roy N. Brown Jr. H.S. is on the left). Turn left at this light and foillow this road to the end -- light at Prospect Avenue. Bergenfield H.S. is directly across the street.

BOGOTA (Wrestling)

Auxiliary gym at Bogota HS.

Take Route 17 to Route 4 East-  Exit on River Road at Fairleigh Dickinson University, the first exit after Riverside Square Mall. Head south on River Road into Bogota. Turn Left on Main St. and follow to Palisade Ave.  ( 5 blocks and after the Railroad overpass) Turn left and go 1 block to Henry C. Luthin Place and turn right. Bogota HS can be seen from Palisade Ave.

ROY W. BROWN MIDDLE SCHOOL (Bergenfield) - Clinton Avenue - 385-8847

Take Route 17 South to Route 4 East and follow to Teaneck Road -- Take the second exit. Go to Teaneck Road North (this becomes Washington Ave.). Follow into Bergenfield to Clinton Ave. Roy W. Brown Middle School is on the left.

DARLINGTON GOLF COURSE

Take Route 17 North to MacArthur Boulevard Exit. Go to the top of the ramp and turn left. Follow this road to the end. (This is Darlington Avenue). Turn right at the end of the road. Follow until you come to Chapel Road (first left hand turn after you pass under Route 287). Turn left and folow until the first stop sign - This is Campgaw Road. Turn left and follow about 1 mile over 287 to the Darlington Golf Course. The entrance is on the left, just before the police training academy. Travel time from Cavallini is approximately 15 minutes.

 

FIELDSTONE MIDDLE SCHOOL - Montvale - 391-9000

Proceed east on Lake Street. At the third light past Chestnut Ridge Road, make a left on Spring Valley Road. Go about 1/4 of a mile and Fieldstone Middle School is on the right.

FRANKLIN LAKES-FRANKLIN AVE. SCHOOL- 55 Franklin Avenue - 891-0202

WSRR to end, turn right on to E. Allendale Ave. Follow E. Allendale under Route 17, through the light at Franklin Turnpike, through town of Allendale until the T - at Crescent Ave. take left. Continue to next light, Hillside Ave., make right turn. Follow up to Forest Ave. (opposite entrance to Northern Highlands H.S.) Turn left. Follow through the light at Wyckoff Ave., continue until end of road (street name changes to Pulis Ave.) Franklin Avenue School is on the right, entrance is @ 200 feet before the end of Pulis Avenue.

FOR TRACK:

Both boys and girls are at the Pulis Avenue complex on the turf (no metal cleats).

About 1/4 mile BEFORE Franklin Avenue School on Pulis Avenue, turn left at the "Mountain Shadows" townhouse development.

GARFIELD HIGH SCHOOL - Garfield, NJ

Garden State Parkway South to the Route 46W exit
Go west on Route 46 to the River Road exit. (Approximately 1,000 ft after Pizza Town)
Turn Left at the traffic light, onto River Road. Follow River Road south to the Outwater Lane traffic light (approximately 3 miles), then turn left
Follow to the first light and turn left onto Palisades Avenue. Garfield High School can be seen from this corner. The parking lot is on the left, at
the back of the school.

• From Route 208 N or S: exit Maple Ave., Glen Rock. Stay on Maple Ave. through the first light. At second light, make left onto Rock Road. Go through town and over two RR tracks. Make a right onto Doremus Ave, go past pool and make a left into recycling center parking lot. Lower Faber field is on the left and near the street and for Upper Faber, field is in the back of the lot. Park bus in parking lot, not in recycling center area.
• From Route 17 N or S: exit Midland Ave., Glen Rock. Stay on Midland Ave. (becomes Grove St.) to a light at Prospect St., Turn left onto Prospect St., go 2 blocks and make a right onto Rock Rd., go through 3 traffic lights, and over 2 RR tracks and at Doremus Ave. make right.Go past GR pool and make a left into recycling parking lot. COLEMAN SCHOOL-100 PINELYNN ROAD GLEN ROCK

• Route 208 N or S: exit Maple Ave., Glen Rock. Follow exit ramp to the first traffic light. Turn right onto Harristown Road. Stay on Harristown Rd.; go over tracks and past the high school. Take the second right after the high school-Pinelynn Road-after a bend in the road, school will be on your left. Parking lot for drop off and bus parking is in the school parking lot. Field is behind the school

HAWTHORNE - HAWTHORNE CHRISTIAN SCHOOL- 2000 Rt. 208 - (973) 423-3331

South on 208 to Hawthorne-continue past Grandview Avenue. Take second Goffle Road exit. After you exit make a U-turn so that you are headed North on 208. Stay to the right and you will see the church complex (Hawthorne Gospel Church) - enter the large parking lot.

GREEN MEADOW SCHOOL - Chestnut Ridge, NY

HILLSDALE - GEORGE G. WHITE SCHOOL - 120 Magnolia Ave. - 664-0286

Take Grand Avenue - Montvale to Kinderkamack Road. Make a right onto Kinderkamack Rd. heading south - go through Park Ridge, Woodcliff Lake. When you come to Kinderkamack Rd. and Hillsdale Avenue, make a right turn onto Hillsdale Avenue. Go two blocks. The 2nd block is Magnolia Ave. Make a right turn onto Magnolia. The school is right there.

HOHOKUS - HOHOKUS SCHOOL - 70 Lloyd Road - 652-4555

Take West Saddle River Road to the end and make a left turn onto East Allendale Avenue and make an immediate right turn onto Sheridan Road. Follow through Waldwick under Route 17 to the next light and take a left turn onto Hollywood Avenue. Follow about 1/4 mile until just before Route 17, and takethe right hand turn onto Lloyd Road. The Hohokus School is on the left.

INDIAN HILLS HIGH SCHOOL 

Take Route 17 North to Route 287 South.  Follow Route 287 South to the Oakland exit (Route 202).  Exit is on the right. 

At the bottom of the hill of the exit ramp, turn left.  Go under the highway and follow to the first traffic light – Yawpo Avenue.  Turn left onto Yawpo and follow to the top of the hill.  Indian Hills High School is on the left.  You should be able to see the field from the road.

MAHWAH - RAMAPO RIDGE M.S. & HIGH SCHOOL - Ridge Road - 529-5001/02

Take Lake Street to 17 North. Get off at MacArthur Blvd/Island Road Exit and cross over Route 17. Go to 2nd traffic light which is Ridge Road and make a right. Both schools are on the left hand side and Ramapo Ridge M.S. comes up first.

MAHWAH HIGH SCHOOL - Track

Take Lake Street to 17 North. Get off at Island Road Exit. At the stop sign, make a left. It is the first building on the right.

MIDLAND PARK - 250 Prospect Avenue

Take Lake Street. West to the light at Commerce Bank. Turn left and cross over Route 17 to the next light which is Crescent Avenue. Turn left and follow through Allendale, Waldwick and into Midland Park. Crescent Ave. becomes Prospect Avenue in Midland Park. Follow to 250 Prospect Ave. Midland Park School is on the left.

NEW MILFORD - David Owens Middle School -

Take Route 17 South and exit onto Ridgewood Avenue. (near Fashion Center). Continue East on Ridgewood Avenue which changes to Oradell Avenue. Continue on Oradell Avenue past Bergen Catholic. Go to traffic light at bottom of hill and turn right onto Kinderkamach Road. Continue on Kinderkamack through traffic light, past stores and around curve. Get in left lane and turn left onto New Milford Avenue. Go over railroad tracks and make second right onto Madison Avenue. Go past football field which is about 1/2 mile across the street from the back of New Milford High School, go around bend, through two lights on Madison Avenue. Make 3rd right onto Monroe or 4th right onto Marison.

OAKLAND - VALLEY MIDDLE SCHOOL - 71 Oak Street - 337-8185

Take Route 17 North to Route 202 Exit (before Sheraton Crossroads exit). Make a left at the stop sign onto Route 202. Follow 202 all the way into Oakland. Go over the railroad tracks and through the town to the first traffic light which is Oak Street. Make a right turn, and Valley Middle School will be on the left hand side.

DIRECTIONS TO INDIAN HILLS HIGH SCHOOL TRACK IN OAKLAND

Take Route 17 north to Route 287. Take Route 287 SOUTH to OAKLAND EXIT. At the end of the exit ramp TURN LEFT and proceed under Route 287. Follow to the first road on the left, YAWPO AVE. AND TURN LEFT. Proceed for about 1⁄2 mile up YAWPO AVE. – INDIAN HILLS HIGH SCHOOL AND THE TRACK ARE ON THE LEFT.

Softball games will be played at the field behind the Charles DeWolfSchool in Old Tappan.  Take Lake St. east. ( it becomes Grand Ave. inMontvale) follow it until the end –the intersection of River Vale Road andGrand Ave. Turn right (south on River Vale Road) and follow this until youget to Old Tappan Road (opposite Edgewood Country Club).  Turn left at thelight onto Old Tappan Road and follow about 1 mile to Charles DeWolf Schoolon the right hand side (east side of the road) The softball field is behindthe school. 

Baseball games will be played at Stone Point Park on Westwood Ave.  TakeLake St. east. (it becomes Grand Ave. in Montvale) follow it until the end–the intersection of River Vale Road and Grand Ave. Turn right (south onRiver Vale Road) and follow this until you get to Old Tappan Road (oppositeEdgewood Country Club).  Turn left at the light onto Old Tappan Road and followabout 1/2 mile to the intersection of Old Tappan Road and Washington Ave.Turn right onto Washington Ave. and go 4 blocks and turn right again ontoWestwood Ave.   Stone Point Park is approximately 1/4 mile on the left.

PEARL RIVER - ST. MARGARET'S SCHOOL - Same Field as Pearl River Middle School

Take Lake Street all the way through Montvale. When Lake Street becomes Grand Ave. in Montvale, continue on Grand Ave. until the very end. Turn left onto Middletown Road. Go one mile to 1st traffic light - turn right on Gilbert Avenue - Go up the hill and at 2 nd traffic light make a left (you will be back on Gilbert Avenue). Continue down Gilbert about 1/4 mile to the Pearl River Middle School. (If you see the Hilton you have gone too far)

ST. MARGARET'S SCHOOL GYM - (Pearl River) 34 N. Magnolia Street (845) 735-2855 - BASKETBALL

Lake Street to Summit (which becomes Washington Avenue when you enter NY). Follow Washington Avenue through 2nd traffic light after Chestnut Ridge Road. Make right onto N. Magnolia. Parking lot is directly across from gym entrance.

BASEBALL/SOFTBALL & SOCCER FIELDS AT VETERANS PARK IN ORANGEBURG:

Lake Street all the way through Montvale. When Lake Street becomes Grand Avenue in Montvale, continue on Grand until the very end. Make right and then quick left onto Blue Hill Road. Follow that road until you come to the reservoir, bearing left. At light, make a right, then make first right. Parking entrance is on the left hand side for all fields.

RAMSEY - ERIC SMITH MIDDLE SCHOOL - Monroe Street - 327-3022

- Take Lake Street through the center of Ramsey where it turns into  Main Street.
-  Continue through town and cross over the railroad tracks.
-  At the first light after the railroad tracks make a right onto North Central Avenue.
-  3/4 of a mile up North Central Avenue make a left onto Morse Street (there is a sign for Eric Smith Middle School) which is a one-way street.
-  At stop sign make a left and the school will be on your right.  

RIDGEWOOD - BEN FRANKLIN SCHOOL - 335 Van Dien Avenue - 670-2780

Take W. Saddle River Road through Saddle River, Waldwick and into Ridgewood (W. Saddle River Rd. will turn to Sheridan Ave. and then Maple Ave. in Ridgewood). Follow Maple Ave. to Glen Ave. (firehouse on left) and make a left hand turn. Ben Franklin School will be about 1/4 mile up on the right hand side at the intersection of Van Dien and Glen. Make a right on Van Dien to get into the parking lot.

RIDGEWOOD - RIDGEWOOD HIGH SCHOOL - 627 E. Ridgewood Ave. - 670-2800

Follow same directions as above into Ridgewood. Take Maple Ave. to Ridgewood Avenue and make a left. Ridgewood High School will be a few blocks up on the left hand side. Go through blinking light and make a left into the parking lot.

RIDGEWOOD - GEORGE WASHINGTON SCHOOL - Ridgewood

Take W. Saddle River Road to E. Allendale Avenue and make a right. Take E. Allendale Avenue to Franklin Turnpike and make a left. Make a right at Wyckoff Avenue (Home Hardware is on the left). Go to first traffic light, which is Monroe Street and make a left. It is less than 2 miles on Monroe to George Washington School, which will be on the left.

Lake Street (turns to Grand Avenue) East through Montvale across the railroad tracks and up the hill to the end which is Rivervale Road and make a right (South). Holdrum school is on the right hand side about 3 miles down approx. 1/2 mile past Edgewood Country Club (intersection of Piermont Road).

Lake Street to Summit (which becomes Washington Avenue when you enter NY). Follow Washington Avenue through 2nd traffic light after Chestnut Ridge Road. Make Right onto N. Magnolia Street. Parking lot is directly across from the gym.

Lake Street all the way through Montvale. When Lake Street becomes Grand Avenue in Montvale, continue on Grand until the very end. Make right and then quick left onto Blue Hill Road. Follow that road until you come to the reservoir, bearing left. At light, make a right, then make first right. Parking entrance is on the left hand side for all fields.

SECAUCUS RECREATION CENTER

Coming from Route 46 East / Route 17 South to 3 East

Route 3 East to Secaucus. When crossing the Hackensack River Bridge (just after Giant's Stadium), be sure to get over to the right-hand lane. Immediately after the Shell gas station will be the "Secaucus / NJ Turnpike" exit sign. You will exit here and proceed to the Sunoco gas station. Make a right at the gas station and go up to the traffic light. At the light, go straight through to the stop sign. (Marra's Drug Store will be on your left and North Fork Bank will be on your right.) The Recreation Center will be on the next corner across the street. There is no parking lot so park anywhere available.

WALDWICK - TRAPHAGEN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - Summit Ave. & Ridge St. - 445-0730 - SOCCER

Take Route 17 South to Sheridan Ave. (Waldwick) exit. Make a sharp right. Sheridan Ave. will become E. Prospect Ave. Go to 1st street which is Ridge Street and make a right. School dead ends on Ridge and Summit.

WALDWICK MIDDLE SCHOOL - 155 Wyckoff Avenue - BASKETBALL & WRESTLING

Take Franklin Turnpike South to Wyckoff Avenue. Turn right, go through one light. Go past the football field and the first parking lot. Turn into the second parking lot. The Middle School is on the west side of the building.

WANDELL SCHOOL - Saddle River

Take E. Saddle River Road to E. Allendale Avenue and make a left. Wandell School will be on the left.

WESTWOOD - WESTOOD JUNIOR/SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

Take Lake Stree east to Chestnut Ridge Road and turn right. Follow Chestnut Ridge Road (past Tice Mall and past BMW & Ingersoll Rand) to Saddle River Road. Turn left and follow to Overlook Drive (before the Garden State Parkway overpass). Turn right and follow to Washington Avenue (a blinking yellow light). Turn left and follow to the next light (Seasons Restaurant is on the corner). Turn right on Pascack Road and follow to the light at Ridgewood Avenue (Bacardi Grill is on the right). Westwood Junior/Senior High is on the right side of Ridgewood Avenue, about a 1/2 mil from the light at Pascack Road. The field is behind the school.

 

WOODCLIFF LAKE - WOODCLIFF SCHOOL

Take Lake Street east to Chestnut Ridge Road. Turn right and go to Saaddle River Road (past BMW and Ingersoll Rand). Turn left on to Saddle River Road and follow to the end. Turn right on Wiermus Road and make the second left onto Woodcliff Avenue. Follow this about 1/4 mile. The school is on the left. The field is to the rear of the school on the west side of the entry road.

OLD MILL PARK - WOODCLIFF LAKE

Take Lake Street to Chestnut Ridge Road. Turn right and follow past Tice Mall, BMW and Ingersoll Rand. Turn left onto Saddle River Road. Follow this under the parkway to the end. Turn right to Werimus Road. Old Mill Park entrance is about 500 feet on the right, opposite Woodcliff Avenue. Turn right. The fields are on the left.

WYCKOFF - EISENHOWER SCHOOL - 344 Calvin Ct. - 848-5750

WSRR to end, turn right on to E. Allendale Ave. Follow E. Allendale under Route 17, through the light at Franklin Turnpike, through town of Allendale until the T - at Crescent Ave. turn left. Follow through the first light to second light which is Brookside Ave. Turn right. Follow to end. Make right, follow @ 1/4 mile to end, make a left onto Wyckoff Ave. Bear right at the Y staying on Wyckoff Ave. through the town. Follow @ 2 miles after leaving the town proper, until light at Cedar Hill Ave. Make right turn. Look for sign on left side of road to show right hand turn on to road that will end at the Eisenhower School.

WYCKOFF - Community Park

Off Wyckoff Avenue from Eisenhower School, turn left from Calvin Court onto Cedar Hill Road, turn left from Cedar Hill on to Wyckoff Avenue. Follow about 1 mile to Wyckoff Community Park which is on the left. Look for a white sign immediately before a large church.
